Tulla Patisserie & Café is family owned and operated business in Frisco, Texas. It is the realization of a dream of its owner and head baker, Jennifer Bezdek. After leaving a successful Fortune 500 corporate career, Jennifer decided it was time to pursue her goal of owning her own business and doing something she was passionate about. That passion derived from a love of high quality sweet treats, aromatic breads and French pastries. From that, the vision of Tulla was born.
Jennifer sought to learn from the best and most successful bakery owners. She has been classically trained at the renowned San Francisco Baking Institute as well as spending time working with and learning from nationally recognized masters in bread, viennoiserie, and pastries from around the country.
When it came time to select a location, Jennifer and her family wanted to open the location in Northwest Frisco, where they live and to have Tulla be part of the local community. The goal was to bring high quality, locally made items to the local neighborhood. She works full time as the head baker and operator with the help of her husband and teenage children as well as a full staff of local residents.
Everything at Tulla is made fresh from scratch on site. The menu may vary from day to day as well as seasonal items and because all is hand made fresh each day. The Tulla commitment is to offer quality croissants, breads and pastries in an enjoyable neighborhood setting leaving you wanting to come back for more. Thank you for your support!
